Instructor Lynn Wolf will provide a 1/2 Day introductory to intermediate level MTB clinic for women of Delta County. Must be 18yrs to attend
Skills will include: Level pedals, single finger brake coverage, eye forward and scanning, ride positions, bike body separation, braking, shifting, ratcheting, switchbacks/steering, rockdodge, cornering. Approximately 1.5 hr of skills and 1.5 of riding.
*Bike and Bike Helmet are required
