West Esky Coyote Chase

Join us for the DCNTrails winter event showcasing the West Escanaba trail system. Choose between a 5k snowshoe run/hike and a 10k XC ski. Kids will have the option of skiing or snowshoeing 1/2 mile.
Proceeds from the event go toward the maintenance of non-motorized trails in Delta County.
Start times:
kids’ half mile: 10:00 am
10k ski: 10:30 am
5k snowshoe: 10:40 am
Packet pickup starts at 8:00 am at Great Lakes Sports and Recreation, 5211 19th Ave. N.
Races start and finish at the Ski Hill Trail Head behind the shooting range.
What if there’s no snow? March 9 is still winter, but you never know about Michigan weather. In the event that there is no snow, the event becomes a 5k trail running race for both snowshoers and skiers.
